Every season has a story, and some of them end at the butcher counter. This board does not ask. It is nearly two feet of solid bamboo with his name on it, a buck and a mountain range across the top, and a carved ring around the edge that catches everything a good steak lets go.

It is the board he trims the backstrap on in November and the one the ribeyes go out on in June. Two fields to fill in, the name and the year, and the rest of the design stays exactly as shown.

  1. Enter the name, for example McCloskey. A last name, his first name, or what the camp is called.
  2. Enter the year, for example 1998. It engraves along the bottom as EST. 1998.
